Stories are best when shared. Our community-led initiative turns story telling - to film screenings - to homey community events, where stories on the screen spark meaningful connections in the heart of Bardney.
Who are we?
We’re thrilled to announce that a brand-new community cinema is officially on its way! This project is a true grassroots effort, brought to life by a dedicated team of volunteers who have been generously donating their time, expertise, and talents to create a magical big-screen experience for us all.
The cinema is the latest project from Bardney Christian Community Trust , the same charity behind the Open Door Coffee Shop—which proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary this year—as well as our local community Grocery and Allotment.
Driven by a LOVE of bringing people together, this cinema is being built by the community, for the community.
